Applications for next season of the M4N are now open for prospective competitors – until December 25th
Applications to join the 2027 Moto4 Northern Cup are now open for both teams and riders! Prospective competitors can register right here at moto4northerncup.com until the 25th of December 2026 and apply for the opportunity to join the Road to MotoGP™ next year.
The M4N races on Honda NSF250 R machinery and with Pirelli tyres, in line with similar competitions on the Road to MotoGP™, providing the best foundations for young riders to prove their talent on a level playing field. From the M4N, opportunities are then available to move further up the Road to MotoGP™ and take the next steps in their careers.
As ever, the 2027 M4N grid will comprise 26 young riders. Riders applying to race next year must be born between January 1st, 2008, and April 3rd, 2013, and must be 14 before the Official Test.
Circuit racing experience is not necessary, and riders from different backgrounds are welcome to apply. The Road to MotoGP™ and the Moto4 Northern Cup looks for potential – so other disciplines on two wheels can also translate into success on tarmac.
All nationalities can apply, but the Moto4 Northern Cup is aimed at young riders from across northern and central Europe. Individual riders can also apply but must decide a Team Name and have a named Team Manager, who will be the main point of contact, and at least one mechanic and a legal guardian. Any Team Application should specify a Team Manager, who will be the main contact with the organisation, and the team can comprise a rider and two mechanics. Mechanics can also be family members or acquaintances.
